The companies in the Schwabe Group have long since been global players, as you can see by the Group’s 900 million euros in sales, 70 percent of which are in other countries. At the same time, we offer our employees all of the advantages of a family-operated company with  a rich tradition.

Making a difference: our management

Even after more than 150 years, the Schwabe Group still remains fully owned by the Schwabe family. The fact that our Group is led by Olaf Schwabe as a representive of the fifth  generation also means that our actions are oriented towards long-term interests, independence and core values: they are not governed by stakeholders and quarterly figures. We have defined our central principles and pillars of our work along with our employees: being transparent, together, respectful, binding, trustworthy and responsible. Living these values and our dedicated and motivated working climate are the cornerstone of our business success.
